Gives, devises & bequeaths to his mother, Martha Maskelyne, all the freehold messuage or tenement with garden ground and premises bequeathed to him in his late father's Will. And after her death he bequeaths the same to his brother Thomas Maskelyne and his heirs.
Gives & bequeaths to his brother William Maskelyne and his sister Anne Mundee the interest accrued on the legacy bequeathed to him by his late father, to be equally divided between them.
Gives & bequeaths £20 out of his personal estate to his brother Giles Maskelyne.
Nominates and appoints his said mother, Martha Maskelyne, sole executrix of his last will and testament.
