In 1622 Michael Chesterman was one of the overseers of the Will of John Hayward alias Farmer of Wood Street in Clyffe Pypard and afterwards was one of those who took inventory of his goods & chattels.
In Mar 1626 Michaell Chesterman was one of those who took inventory of the goods & chattels of his brother-in-law John Tugwell late of Thornehill in the Parish of Cleeve Pipard in the County of Wiltes, husbandman.
In 1657 Michael Chesterman of Woodstreet in the Parish of Clevepepper in the County of Wilts yeoman, was sole executor of the Will of his sister Mary Ogborne of Clevepepper, widow.
