In 1891 Walter Miles, aged 30, born in Broad Town, carpenter, and wife Clara A., aged 28, born in Corsham were living in Overton Wilts.

In 1901 Walter Miles, aged 40, born in Broad Town, carpenter, and wife Clara Alice, aged 39, born in Corsham were living 24 Herd St., Marlborough St. Mary. With them was son Stanley Albert (8) of Marlborough.
