Gives, devises & bequeaths to his granddaughter Elizabeth Paty his messuage or tenement in Wootton Bassett currently in the possession of Williamm Andrews and which was purchased from Abell Andrews, including garden ground on the south and west side of the said messuage/tenement.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his granddaughter Susanna Paty his messuage or tenement in Wootton Bassett currently in the possession of John Hill, as well as the garden ground on the north side of the said messuage/tenement.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his daughter Susanna Skinner the yearly rents and profits of the two aforesaid houses and garden plots.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his two said granddaughters Elizabeth Paty and Susanna Paty the plot of garden ground on the east side of the two said tenements, share and share alike.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his said daughter Susanna Skinner his messuage or tenement, now in the possession of William Skeat, for a term of 5 years after which he gives, devises and bequeaths the same to his grandson John Paty and his heirs.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his said daughter Susanna Skinner the messuage or tenement where he now dwells with the orchard out back, stable, shop and garden ground, except for a messuage out back and separate from the main dwelling house which he gives, devises & bequeaths to his granddaughter Mary Skinner and her heirs.
Gives & bequeaths 1 shilling to his son-in-law John Paty.
Gives & bequeaths 1 shilling to his son-in-law Peoter Skinner.
Gives & bequeaths 1 shilling to his daughter Ann Paty.
Makes and appoints his said daughter Susanna Skinner sole executrix of his last will and testament.
