Sarah Joiner wife of Cornelius Joiner of Cheltenham in co. Gloucester, carpenter, was bequeathed £20 in her father's Will of which she was also a residuary legatee (written 1827).
In 1841 Sarah Joyner, age about 45, and husband Cornelius Joyner, aged about 50, ag. lab., were living in Bath Road Leckhampton Gloucestershire. Present were children: William (20), Robert (15), Cornelius (13), Edwin (11), Ellen (9), John (7).
In 1851 Sarah Joyner, aged 59, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts and husband Cornelius Joyner, aged 65, born in Longhope Gloucester, gardener, were living at 45 Norwood St., Leckampton, Gloucestershire. With them were children: Henry (34) of Cheltenham Gloucs., tin plate worker, Ellen (19) of Leckhampton Gloucs., dressmaker, John (17) of Leckhampton, paper . . . . . . ., grandson Charles Joyner (9) of Westminster Middlesex, scholar.
