Nevil Taylor was bequeathed £60 in his father's Will (written 1804).
In 1841 Nevil Taylor, aged about 50, slater, and wife Mary, aged about 50, were living in Hogs Lane Purton Wilts. With them were Jane Taylor (25), ag. lab, Walter Taylor (13), ag. lab, Sarah Taylor (11), William Taylor (1).
In 1851 Nevel Taylor, aged 65, born in Wootton Bassett, plaster[er], and wife Mary, aged 66, born in Purton were living in Westcott Place Swindon. Present were daughter Mary Taylor (24) of Purton, unmarried, and visitor Sarah Lewis (4) of Purton.
