In 1745 Robert Curnow was sole executor and residuary legatee of his father's will.

In November 1757 Robert Curnow of Towednack, gentleman, was a bondsman for the Administration of the personal estate of (his father-in-law) William Lembrey of Towednack.

In May 1764 Robert Curnow Junr was a witness to the will of his sister Wellmot Quick of Towednack, widow.

Abstract of the Will of Robert Curnow of the Parish of Towednack in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 11 May 1768, proved 7 May 1771. 2

Gives an annuity of £4 to his wife Margery Curnow, for the term of her natural life, payable out of his leasehold estate called Amelveor in the parish of Towednack, giving her the use of the old hall and chamber over it for life, and a milk cow.

Gives to his wife a further annuity of £4 paid out of his leasehold estate called Bussow in Towednack.

Gives £150 each to his two daughters Margery Curnow and Wilmott Curnow.

Directs that his brother-in-law Vivian Lembrey will receive maintenance in his house for the term of his natural life.

Gives to his son Andrew Curnow and his heirs male his house in the town of Penzance. In default of issue, he gives the same to his son Robert Curnow and his heirs male. And in default of issue, he gives the same to his son Stephen Curnow and his heirs male.

Gives to his son Stephen Curnow his leasehold lands and tenements called Gweal Carne and Chyan Gweal in Towednack, once he reaches the age of twenty-one years.

Gives to his son Robert Curnow his lands and tenements in Amelveor in Towednack.

Gives to his son Andrew Curnow his leasehold lands and tenements in Bussow in Towednack.

Gives to his son Robert Curnow two thirds of his livestock and cattle at Amelveor and Bussow, giving the other third to his son Andrew Curnow.

All the rest of his goods, chattels, money and personal estate he gives to his two sons Andrew Curnow and Robert Curnow, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
