Family name also spelled CORNOW.
----------------------------
Robert's parents' names have not yet been determined. If Robert originally hearked from Towednack, then it is possible he was a son of Thomas Cornow of Towednack who left a will in 1643 in which he appointed his sons Thomas and Robert as co-executors.
----------------------------
In 1670 Robert Cornow of Towednack was named in the will of Peter Painter of Towednack as husband of Peter's daughter Catherine.
