Note: A coule of private IGI entries incorrectly show Ivan's parents as John Gregory and Mary Williams who were in fact his grandparents. John and Mary died in 1886 and 1882 respectively and so could not have been his parents. In the 1891 and 1901 England Censuses Ivan was living with his mother Jane Ann Gregory, youngest daughter of John and Mary. Jane Ann never married and so her children were all natural born.
