In 1891 Jane Ann Gregory (30) of Lelant, single, greengrocer, was living at 5 Lower Lelant, Uny Lelant. With her were children (born in Lelant): Albert Gregory (13), tin streamer, Frank (10), Ivan Edgar Gregory (3), Mary Maud Gregory (1), cousin Ada Pearce (15) of Lelant.

In 1901 Jane Ann Gregory (41) of Lelant, single, greengrocer (own account) was living in Lower Lelant, Uny Lelant. At home were sons (born in Lelant) Albert Gregory (23), railway porter, Frank Gregory (19), market gardener (not domestic), Ivan Edgar Gregory (13). By this time cousin Ada (mentioned above) had married a Carter and was living nextdoor to Jane with her father James Pearce (who married Betsy Cundy Allen about 1860). Unable to determine the link between Ada and Jane.
