Gives £100 each to her nieces and nephews Mary, Elizabeth, John, William and Lydia Grenfell, daughters and sons of Mr. John Grenfell of Penzance and her late sister Mary his wife, to be paid to them when they each turn twenty-one.
Forgives her brother William Rawlings of Penzance the considerable debt he owes, on the condition he executes a General Release to her executor of all claims and demands on her within three months after her decease. Otherwise the debts must be paid to her executor in full.
Gives 10 guineas to her said brother Mr. William Rawlings.
Gives to her niece Mary Grenfell her silver coffee pot.
Gives to her niece Elizabeth Grenfell her silver half-pint mug.
Gives to her niece Lydia Grenfell her two silver tablespoons.
Gives to her three nieces, Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia Grenfell, all her clothes.
Gives 10 guineas to Miss Elizabeth Jewell.
Gives 3 guineas to Miss Elizabeth Tonkin.
Gives 1 guinea to Miss Margery Penwarne to buy her a ring.
Gives 2 guineas to Catherine Rawlings.
The rest of her bills, bonds, notes, mortgages, jewels, plate, ready money, goods & chattels, she gives to her brother-in-law Mr. John Grenfell of the town of Penzance, merchant, appointing him sole executor of her last will and testament, requesting that he act as guardian and trustee for her nephews and nieces.
