Abstract of the Will of Margaret Hichens of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 9 Dec 1822, proved 11 Jun 1828. 2
Gives to her three daughters Margaret Trevelyan, widow, Lydia Lumsden, widow, and Ann Robyns, wife of the Reverend Thomas Robyns, and their heirs, her third share of all those messuages, lands and tenements, called Rosemergy, located in the parish of Morvah, the lands of inheritance of her late father George Veale, Gentleman, deceased.
Gives to her son Thomas Cuthbert Hichens her six silver table spoons which belonged to her late son, Richard Hichens, deceased.
Gives to her friend John Tremenheere, Gentleman, the rest of her plate and silverware, and also all her china, in trust, for the benefit of her grandson George Veale Hichens when he turns twenty-one.
All the rest of her personal and testamentary estate, goods & chattels, she gives to her three daughters Margaret Trevelyan, Lydia Lumsden and Ann Robyns, share and share alike, appointing them co-executrices and residuary legatees of her last will and testament.
