Abstract of the Will of John Michell of Newham in the Parish of Sithney in the County of Cornwall, written 11 May 1819, proved 19 Jan 1820. 6
Gives to his wife Catharine Michell an annuity of £60 which with her jointure and the interest on £800 given her by Mr. Simon Bolitho will leave her an income of £200 annually. Also gives his wife the household furniture, plate, wines and so forth. After his wife dies or remarries, the house and its contents go to his son Thomas and daughter Ann as residuary legatees, share and share alike.
Requests that Mr. William Bolitho and Mr. John Borlase be overseers of the execution of his will and the ongoing welfare of his children.
