Abstract of the Will of John Henwood of the Borough of Helston in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 10 Dec 1758, proved 28 Jan 1759. 4

Gives to his brother Joseph Henwood an annuity of £5, along with all his clothing.

Gives £10 to Mrs. Mary Miller.

All the rest of his lands, tenements, goods & chattels he gives, devises & bequeaths in trust to John Trewren, Esq., Thomas Glynn, Esq., and Richard Johns the Younger, gent., for the benefit of his daughter Ann Henwood, then underage. If his daughter should die before turning twenty-one, he wills, devises and bequeaths the same to his brother Joseph Henwood and to his sister the wife of William Courtis.

Appoints his trustees co-executors of his last will and testament.
