Gives and bequeaths £200 to his son William Lugg.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to his daughter Prudence Mundy the wife of William Mundy of Ruan Minor, blacksmith.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to his grandson Simon Lugg, son of his late son Simon Lugg.
Gives and bequeaths to his son James Lugg his two tenements in Hendra in the parish of Ruan Major, as well as tenement and premises in Trezise in the parish of St. Martin in Meneage.
All the rest of his goods, chattels &c he gives to his said son James Lugg, whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
