In 1911 Frederick Nicholas, aged 35, born in Hayle Cornwall, iron founder, and wife of 5 years Minnie Nicholas, aged 31, born in Weedon Northampton, were living at 40 Johnston Terrace, Keyham, Devonport, Devon. With them was daughter Dorothy Edna (3) of Devonport.
