In 1826 Samuel Hill Moyle with his father Peter Moyle were nominated in the will of Samuel's uncle William Moyle as guardians and trustees of William's grandchildren during their minority.
In 1841 Samuel Moyle, aged 44, born in the county, relieving officer, and wife Grace Moyle, aged 45, born in the county, were living in Trelill, Wendron. With them were children: Samuel (22), farmer, Walter (17), William (15), Mary (12), John W. (8).
In 1844 Samuel Hill Moyle was the sole executor and a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his leasehold farm, mills & premises in Bodilly in the parish of Wendron.
In 1851 Samuel H. Moyle, aged 55, born in Wendron Cornwall, relieving officer Helston Union, and wife Grace Moyle, aged 55, born in Wendron, were living in Wendron St., Helston. With them were children (born in Wendron): William (25), Mary (22), draper's apprentice, John W. (18), draper's apprentice.
