Abstract of the Will of Thomas Harris of the Parish of Gwithian in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 8 Jul 1738, proved 12 Feb 1738/9. 3

Gives to his wife an annuity of 40 shillings along with his tenement in Skewess in the parish of Crowan, and a room in his tenement in Gwithian Church Town with furniture and other items.

Gives £100 to his daughter Jane Harris.

Gives an annuity of £5 to his daughter Ann Harris, paid out of the tenement in Gwithian Churchtown, while she remains unmarried.

All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his son John Harris, whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
