Ralph married Mary Cock, daughter of William Cock of Gwithian and Alice Andrewartha, on 31 Dec 1750 in Gwithian, Cornwall. (Mary Cock was christened on 31 Oct 1724 in Gwithian, Cornwall and was buried on 28 Jan 1801 in Phillack, Cornwall.)
