Item. Gives & bequeaths to her son Roderick Lloyd and his heirs all those lands & tenements in Nevin and Denio parishes in the county of Caernarvon, together with all writings concerning them, on condition he pays £100 to her daughters Catherine and Margaret within two years after her decease. And if Roderick should die without issue, she leaves the said lands & tenements to her grandson Robert Lloyd and his heirs.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £20 to her son John Lloyd.
Item. Gives & bequeaths 40 shillings to her daughter Jonet Lloyd to buy a ring.
Item. Gives & bequeaths 40 shillings to her daughter Ellin Lloyd to buy a ring.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £5 to the poor of Penmachno.
All the rest & residue of her real & personal estate not already bequeathed she gives & bequeaths to her daughters Catherine Lloyd & Margaret Lloyd, and makes them co-executrices of her last will and testament.
