Property: western tenement called Kestell containing several closes; the three cornered close; the higher meadow; the lower meadow and garden adjoining; the mill moor; the middle close; the mill close; with all cottages, gardens, orchards and all the land outside the mill close in the down, called Bossuen Down or Quintrell Down, lately in the tenure of Thomas Sammon, and in the parish of St Columb Minor; mineral and timber rights reserved. Part of Bejowan manor.

Term: 99 years, on lives of Elizabeth and Margaret Perrow, daughters of (2), and Grace Tregidgean, daughter of Robert Tregidgean of Goonwallow, Cornwall.*

* The above consideration must have been recorded at a date later than the one provided above, as daughters Elizabeth and Margaret Perrow were born in 1710 and 1713 respectively.

In 1712 Grace the wife of Wm Perrow junr was beneficiary of her father's will, receiving £10.

Grace wife of William Parro (burial record). Grace and her infant son, Pascho, died within ten days of each other.

Grace married William Perrow about 1705. (William Perrow died shortly before 16 May 1723 in St. Columb Minor, Cornwall.)
