Gives 5 guineas to his brother James Bant.
Gives 1 guinea to his sister Cathrine.
Gives 2 guineas to his sister Thamesin the wife of John Moyle.
Gives 1 guinea to George Payne.
Gives 1 guinea to Alice the wife of William Phillips.
Gives 5 guineas to Mary the wife of Peter Landeria.
All the rest and residue of his effects he gives to his friends Bennet Pascoe and William Cappin both of Helston whom he nominates and appoints executors in Trust, such that they shall have full power to sell his effects and with the money pay his just debts, cover the above legacies, and to pay his mother Jane Bant 3 shillings per week....
