   Research Notes:

In 1841, Elizabeth Artha (45) and husband John Artha (50), smith, were living in Minner Downs, Gwinear. Present were children: Elizabeth (18), John (15), Joseph (14), William (12), Tho. (7), James (4), Ann (2)

In 1851, Elizebeth Arther (58) of Gwinear [sic] and husband John Arther (66) of Gwinear, blacksmith, were living in Menner Downs, Gwinear. Present were children (born in Gwinear): William (21), tin miner, Thomas (17), blacksmith, James (14), blacksmith, Ann (12), house maid. Daughter Elizabeth Eva and her family were living nextdoor.

In 1861, Elizabeth Arthur (67) of Camborne and husband John Arthur (76) of Gwinear, Greenwich pensioner, were living in part [of] Coswinsawsin, Gwinear. Present was daughter Annie Arthur (22) of Gwinear, work to mine. Daughter Elizabeth Eva and her family were living nextdoor.
