Appoints his son George Augustus Doswell of Crows Nest, and David Robert Hume of Mudgee, co-executors and trustees of his will.

Gives to his wife Martha Doswell his cottage and land at the corner of Chandos and Mitchell Streets St. Leonards. After her decease he gives the same for the use of his daughter Lillian Winifred Doswell and her heirs.

Gives to his wife Martha Doswell his two cottages and land in Northcote Street St. Leonards. After her decease, he gives the same for the use of his son George Augustus Doswell and his heirs.

Gives to his wife Martha Doswell his cottage and land in Northcote Street Naremburn. After her decease, he gives the same for the use of his daughter Evelyn May Doswell and her heirs.
