Also gives to Evelyn her cottage and land in Olympia Road, Naremburn. Gives to her daughter Lilian Winifred Forsyth wife of Allan Grant Forsyth of Kingsvale, orchardist, her cottage and land at 8 Oxley Street, Crows Nest.
