"DEATH OF MR. E. QUINTRELL

Mr. Edward Quintrell, a brother of Mr. R. E. Quintrell, president of the Workers Industrial Union, died in the Hospital this morning at the age of 43 years. Mr. Quintrell was born in Moonta and came to Broken Hill in 1894 with his parents. He began working along the line of lode at 14 years and continued on mine work until he contracted the illness which caused his death. He was a single man and a member of the W.I.U. and Social democratic Club. The funeral will leave the residence of Mr. W. H. Jones at 60 Nicholls-street at 4 o'clock to-morrow afternoon under the direction, of Tom J. Malton for the Methodist portion of the Cemetery. The funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. P. H. Chennell." 3
