In 1794 Henry Dale was a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his tenement called Gilley in the parish of Mawgan.
Writing his will in April 1812 Peter Thomas of Mullion, yeoman, named Henry Dale as the husband of Peter's daughter Elizabeth.
In 1819 Henry Dale receiving one shilling from his mother's will.
In 1821 Henry Dale received £100 from the will of his brother Joseph Dale of Zula in Mawgan.
In 1841 Henry Dale, aged 80, ind[dependent], and wife Elizabeth, were living in Gilley, Mawgan in Meneage Cornwall.

Gives and bequeaths £100 to his daughter Elizabeth the wife of John Thomas.
Gives and bequeaths £150 to his wife Elizabeth Dale, along with the household furniture, his watch, and parts of the tenement of Gilly, namely the Little Garden and the Fat Meadow Orchard, as well as an annuity of £10 arising from the proceeds of Gilly. Also gives to his wife another annuity of £20 arising from his freehold estate called Tresprison in Mullion.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to his son Henry Dale, along with an annuity of £20 from the proceeds of his Gilly estate, along with an annuity of £15 from his said estate in Mullion.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Edward Dale his freehold tenement and premises in Tresprison in Mullion, as well as his leasehold tenements called Killaways and Halkimbro, also in the parish of Mullion.
Gives and bequeaths to his son Joseph Dale his tenement farm called Gilly, along with the remainder of his lands, hereditaments, tenements, goods & chattels, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
