Gives, devises and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth his freehold houses and premises in Helston and in Queen Street in Penzance, along with £100 and her choice of household furniture.
Gives to his nephew Joseph Dale, son of his brother Henry Dale, £50 and his premises in Helston followed the death of his wife Elizabeth.
Gives £100 in trust to his brother Henry Dale, to pay the interest thereof to his sister Grace Willey for her own use. Following the death of Grace, he bequeaths the same to her daughter Ann Lugg, widow.
Gives £100 each to his siblings Thomas Dale, Henry Dale and Sarah Lyne, widow.
Gives to his nephew Symon Lugg his farming stock, implements of husbandry, cider mill, household furniture, money, goods, chattles and the rest of his personal and real estate, appointing him the sole executor of his last will and testament.
