Abstract of the Will of John Jones of Abercyn in the Parish of Llanystumdwy in the County of Caernarvon, Farmer, written 17 Jul 1832, proved 17 Apr 1833. 5
Gives and devises all his messuage, tenement, farm and lands called Tynlôn otherwise Gorseddau in the parish of Llandwrog in county Carnarvon to his son Robert Jones and his heirs forever, subject to the payment of £100 to his daughter Elizabeth within twelve months of his decease.
Gives £250 to his son Griffith Jones.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his personal estate and effects he gives to and amongst his children Jane, George and Elizabeth as tenants in common but not as joint tenants. If his daughter Jane should marry within two years after his decease then she will lose all right and interest as one of his residuary legatees and instead she will receive £200 within six months of such a marriage.
Nominates and appoints Maurice Jones of Parkiau mawr in the parish of Criccieth in county Carnarvon, Gent. and William Jones of Yscyborhen in the parish of Llanystymdwy, Gent., Guardians and Trustees of his said children as shall happen to be minors at the time of his decease, and nominates, constitutes and appoints the said Maurice Jones and William Jones Executors of his last will and testament.
