The Red Book of the Exchequer records "Willelmus de Malet" holding one knight’s fee in "Fineberge" in Norfolk, Suffolk in [1210/12]. The Red Book of the Exchequer records "Willelmus Malet" holding one half of one knight’s fee "in Aldeham" and one "in Lullingestone" in Kent in [1210/12].
