Norah Kate daughter of Ephraim Horace Pelham of Ringmer, bricklayer, and Kate Elizabeth (baptismal record)

At the time of the 1901 England Census Nora Pelham, age 16, born in Ringmer Sussex, was working as an under housemaid in Hove Sussex.
At the time of the 1911 England Census Norah Pelham, age 26, born in Ringmer Sussex, single, was working as a cook in Audley Lodge Addlestone, Chertsey, Surrey.

A Norah Kate Pelham married Charles Tomkins in 1908 in the Kingston district of Surrey and had a son in the same year named Hector Charles William Tomkins, who went on to marry in the same district in 1931. Charles Tomkins, his wife Norah, and their son Hector, do not appear to be listed in the 1911 England Census, nor does there appear to be any other Norah Kate Pelham shown in the earlier Censuses (e.g. 1881, 1891). And yet it seems from the 1911 England Census shown above that Norah was still single at that time.
There is no death / marriage recorded in the GROE indexes after 1911 for Nora(h) K(ate) Pelham, and I have been unable to substantiate the possibility that she may have emigrated to Western Australia to join the rest of her family.
