On 4 Mar 1641/2 Reignald Jennings and his younger brother Ralph Jeinninges signed the Protestation Oath in Phillack.
In 1664 Reignold Kinge of Gwinear was assessed for 1 hearth, paying 2 shillings tax in two instalments.

In the name of God Amen I Reginald Kinge of the parish of Gwinier in the County of Cornewall Husbandman the fouerth day of November in the yeare of our Lord one thousand sixe hundred & Eighty one, Beeinge of good and perfect memory thanks be to God, And Caleinge to remembrance the uncertaine State of this Transitory life, & that all Flesh must yeald unto death, when it shall please God to Cale; Revokeinge and adnullinge all former will & wills by me made or declared; Doe hereby make Constitute ordaine & declare this to be my Last will & testament In manner & forme followinge And first beinge sorry from the bottom of my heart for all my sins past & most humbly desireinge forgivenes of the same; Doe Commit my soule into the hands of Allmighty God my saviour and redeemer and my Body to Christian Buriall, And for my Goods and Chattells which it hath pleased God to bestow on me I doe give & dispose the same in manner and Forme followinge viz:
Imprimis. I Give and bequeath as A Legacie to my daughter Katherine the now wife of James Crase one penny three farthings to be paid within three months after my decease.
Ittem. I Give and bequeath as A Legacie to my son Thomas Kinge foure pence to be paid within three months after my decease. It: I give my son Thomas Kinge Liberty to come and goe to my house which I now Live in, and doe oblidge my Executor finde and prepare beddinge and a table board to and For my said son Thomas whilst it shall please him to dwell with my Executor or come and goe to my now dwellinge house whilst he remaines unmarried.
Ittem. I Give and bequeath as A Legacie to my daughter Jane the now wife of James Besoesacke foure pence to be paid her within three months after my decease.
Ittem. I Give and bequeath as A Legacie to my daughter Loue Kinge sixe pence to be paid her within three months after my decease.
Ittem. I Give and bequeath to my son John Kinge all my Lease Lands duringe his naturall life and to his issue after him, if the Lives in the severall Leases doe happen to survive him but if he die without issue I Give and bequeath the aforesaid Lease Lands to my son Thomas Kinge and to his issue after him if the Lives in the severall Leases doe survive him. And for want of issue I give and bequeath all my Lease Lands aforesaid to my three daughters Katherine the now wife of James Crase Jane the now wife of James Besoesacke and Loue Kinge duringe my Estate in the same.
Ittem. I Give and bequeath all my Goods and Chattells (not Formerly given and bequeathed) to my son John Kinge whome I make Constitute and appoynt my full and sole Executor of this my Last will and testament witness my hand and seale the day and yeare above written.
