In 1771 Thomas Heale was a beneficiary of his father's Will, receiving a tenement with back garden and premises, currently in the occupation of Thomas Baily, and to be held in trust until Thomas reaches the age of twenty-one years.
In November 1794 Thomas Heale was present at the marriage of his sister Joanna Heale to Walter Taylor in Wootton Bassett Wilts.
