Bequeaths to his son George Heale and his heirs the tenement where he now lives with a half part of its garden in Wootton Bassett, to be held in trust until he turns twenty-one. In the meantime he wills that his wife Mary shall continue to occupy the premises and, after their son George attains majority, they will be tenants in common.
Bequeaths to his son William Heale and his heirs a tenement in Wootton Bassett with a half part of its garden, to be held in trust until he turns twenty-one.
Bequeaths to his son John Heale a tenement with front garden and premises below the Hill in Wootton Bassett, currently occupied by John Jefferies, to be held in trust until he reaches the age of twenty-one years.
Bequeaths to his son Thomas Heale a tenement with back garden and premises, currently in the occupation of Thomas Baily, to be held in trust until he reaches the age of twenty-one years.
Directs his trustees to pay his wife Mary Heale the proceeds and profits from the above premises.
