Present were son Richard (1) of Llanddwywe uwch graig, brother William (54) of Friddbryncoch Llanddwywe uwch graig, agricultural labourer, deaf & dumb from birth.

In 1871 Richard Jones (39) of Llanddwywe, farmer of 1000 acres employing 5 labourers, widower, was living in Ffriddbryncoch Llanddwywe uwch graig. The Will with a Codicil of Richard Jones late of Ffriddbryncoch in the Parish of Llanddwywe-uwch-graig in the County of Merioneth, farmer, who died 9 September 1887 at Ffriddbryncoch was proved 10 October 1888 at the Central Registry by Richard Jones of Gwanas in the Parish of Dolgelley in the said County, farmer, the son, the sole executor.
