  He declares his will in the presence of William Wilkin and Christopher Dearing Snr. of Heathfield.
  Gives to his grandson Thomas his lease land called 'Slaughter' with 3 acres of downe adjoining it.
  Gives to his granddaughter Elizabeth his lease land with a house he bought of Richard Fox, with about 6 acres of downe land bought of Thomas Taylor.
  Gives to his granddaughter Susanna his lease land and house which he bought of Richard Horscroft.
  Gives to his daughter-in-law Mary Tayler and her daughters Elizabeth, Susanna and Mary, all the rest of his goods to be equally divided between them.
