Gives 5 shillings to the poor people of the parish of Heathfield.
Gives to his wife Elizabeth an annuity of 40 shillings for the term of her natural life, along with half of all his household stuff. The other half of his household effects he distributes between his three children.
Gives 5 shillings to his daughter Mary.
Gives 5 shillings to his daughter Elizabeth.
Gives 5 shillings to his granddaughter Grace Mittell, to be paid to her when she turns 18.
Gives 5 shillings each to his grandchildren John Hayward and Anne Hayward, to be paid to them when they turn 18.
The rest of his goods, chattels &c he gives to his son Thomas Taylor whom he makes sole executor of his last will and testament.
Appoints his kinsman George Courthop of Mayfield and his brother-in-law Francis Byslett as overseers of his last will and testament.
