Abstract of the Will of John Bristed of Crawle in the Parish of Warbleton in the County of Sussex, Gentleman, written 13 Feb 1753, proved 15 Mar 1753. 2
Gives and bequeaths all his goods, chattels, household goods, ready money, plate, and personal estate to his sister Hannah Bristed and brother Nathaniel Bristed, to be divided equally between them.
Gives £50 to his said brother Nathaniel Bristed along with his wearing apparel.
The remainder of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his said brother and sister.
Appoints John Freebody of Burwash, gentleman, trustee and guardian of his brother and sister until they reach their respective ages of twenty-one years.
