In 1694 Benjamin received 6 shillings 8 pence from the Will of his paternal grandfather Richard Bristed of Waldron.
In 1735 Benjamin Bristed of Heathfield, yeoman, was co-executor of the Will of his friend Joseph Pankhurst of Heathfield, yeoman, from whom Benjamin received £20 for his efforts.
In 1750 Benjamin Bristed received from the Will of his late brother Richard Bristed of Warbleton, gent., those tenements, buildings and lands in Warbleton late of John Durrant, for the term of his natural life.

Gives and bequeaths £100 to Benjamin Blackman son of his nephew John Blackman, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one.
Gives and bequeaths £50 to his maid servant Elizabeth Payne, along with selected household goods.
Gives and bequeaths all his wearing linen to his brother James Bristed.
Gives and bequeaths to his late servant Thomas Payne son of Thomas Payne of Heathfield all his woollen clothing (except the silver buttons thereon).
Forgives his cousin James Bristed the amounts he owes.
Forgives his cousin Richard Bristed the amounts he owes.
All the rest and remainder of his goods, chattels, furniture, stock, and personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his cousin Benjamin Bristed, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
