Abstract of the Nuncupative Will of Josias Warrell late of Burwash in the County of Sussex, Husbandman, written 4 Apr 1622, proved 6 May 1622. 4

Gave to his three children two ewes and two lambs each, held in Trust by his father-in-law John Wesson for their best advantage until they reach the age of twenty-one years.

All the rest of his goods and chattels he gave to Constance his wife whom he made sole executrix of his last will.

Appointed his father-in-law John Wesson and William Crouch to be overseers of his will.
