Wills 20 shillings to the poor people [of Horsham].
Wills £8 to his son Henry, along with sufficient timber to repair his house, one cow, seven sheep, a kettle, a pan, two pair of sheets, a flockbed, a coverlet, a blanket, two platters, two dishes and two saucers.
Wills £6 13s. 4d. each to his sons Thomas, John and William, to be paid to them when they turn 18.

Wills that if his wife Margret decides to forfeit her right and title of such lands and tenements as shown in the marriage jointure, then he wills to her his lands and tenements called The Bye and The Ryddey and also a tenement in Nuthurst called Cobbishale, for the term of her natural life, whereafter he wills the same to his son William and his heirs.
