"Heccardus comes" names "…Theoderico et Richardo filio eius…" among the beneficiaries under his testamentary disposition dated to [Jan 876]. "Theodericus et Urso, filius et gener quondam Theoderici comitis" restored property “Patriaco” to Saint-Benoît granted by "bone memorie Heccardus comes" which "fratri suo iam defuncto et fratri Richardo" had wrongly appropriated, in the presence of "Hildebrandus et Ermenoldus, ipsorum propinqui", by charter dated Apr 885. 2
