Gives and bequeaths £5 to his brother Griffith Price of Corsygarnedd.
Gives and bequeaths £150 to his brother Thomas Price.
Gives and bequeaths £150 to his brother Richard Price.
Gives and bequeaths £150 to his cousin the Reverend John Vaughan Garnons of Rhiwgoch in county Merioneth and his said brother Griffith Price in Trust to invest the same in good securities under their joint names, permitting his sister Jane Evans the wife of Evan Evans of Dolgelley, grocer, to receive the interest and produce thereof yearly for her own personal use for the term of her natural life.
Gives and bequeaths 1 guinea to his servant Elizabeth Ellis.
Gives and bequeaths £10 to his Executors upon Trust that they will distribute £5 thereof among the poor of the parish of Dolgelley and the other £5 among the poor of the parishes of Llanfachreth and Llanelltid.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths his said siblings Thomas Price, Richard Price and Jane Evans share and share alike, nominating, constituting and appointing them co-Executors of his last will and testament.
