Gives and bequeaths £5 to his brother Griffith Price Esq.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to his niece Lowry Edwards the wife of Edward Edwards of Cerrigllwydion Gent.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to his friends Evan Herbert of Llanelltyd, Clerk, and Evan Lloyd of Dolgelley, Gent. upon Trust for the purpose of paying the interest therefrom to his sister Jane Evans wife of Evan Evans of Dolgelley, Gent., for the term of her natural life, and after her decease, upon further Trust, to pay the principal sum to his niece Jane Evans daughter of Capt. Evan Evans of Brynadda. And if his sister dies before his niece Jane Evans has reached the age of twenty-one years, then the interest of the said £100 is to be paid to his niece Anne Evans, wife of the aforesaid Capt. Evan Evans, until her daughter Jane Evans aforesaid arrives at the age of twenty-one years.
Gives and bequeaths another £100 to his friends Evan Herbert, Clerk, and Evan Lloyd, Gent. upon Trust for the purpose of paying the yearly interest therefrom to his nephew Rice Price, son of his brother Richard Price, until he reaches the age of twenty-one years, at which time he directs that the said principal sum be paid to him. And if his said nephew Rice Price should die before reaching the age of twenty-one years, then he directs that the said £100 be divided equally between his surviving brothers.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to the Minister and Churchwardens of Llanfachreth and their successors upon Trust for the purpose of investing the said sum and paying the yearly interest thereof to the poor of the said parish on Good Friday yearly in perpetuity.
Gives, leaves and bequeaths the rest, residue and remainder of his goods, chattels, effects, money, securities for money, and his personal estate to his brother Richard Price of Caehiiad in the parish of Llanfachreth, whom he nominates, constitutes and appoints sole Executor of his last will and testament.

Codicil
Whereas he gave and bequeathed to his servant maid Elizabeth William £10, a gown and a handkerchief, he revokes the said legacy with regard to the £10 and instead directs that she be paid an annuity of £3 for the term of her natural life.
