Abstract of the Will of Elizabeth Bradford of Swindon in the County of Wilts, Widow of William Bradford late of the same place, written 8 Apr 1833, proved 14 May 1834. 4
Desires to be buried at Swindon in the same vault as her late husband.
Gives and devises to John Capel formerly of Prestbury but now of Gretton near Winchcomb in the county of Gloucester, esquire, and Susan his wife, all her lands, tenements and hereditaments in the parishes of Lea, Cleverton and Purton in co. Wilts, for the terms of their natural lives.
Gives and bequeaths a legacy of £100 to her nephew Cornelius Bradford of Midghall in co. Wilts, gent.
Gives £50 to Elizabeth Bradford daughter of her nephew James Bradford of Swindon, gent.
Gives £50 each to her servants Maria Besant and Elizabeth Thatcher.
Gives 19 guineas to her servant Joseph Sellwood.
Gives and bequeaths 19 guineas each to Winifred Clark wife of Charles Clark of Purton, cordwainer; to John Page of Kingsbury near Marlborough, broker; and to Mrs. Alicia Hatt of Swindon, widow.
All the rest of her personal estate and effects she divides into thirds, giving one third to the said John Capel and Susan his wife, another third to Joseph Fisher of Prestbury and Sarah his wife, and the remaining third to be shared equally between William Greening, Charles Greening, Richard Greening and Mary Ann Greening, orphan children of William Greening and Elizabeth his wife, both deceased.
Appoints John Capel and Cornelius Bradford co-executors of her last will and testament.

In a codicil dated 26 Apr 1834 she bequeathed to her servants Maria Besant and Elizabeth Thatcher all the household furniture and goods which belonged to her nephew Richard Tompson and which came to her on his death.
