In 1785 Mary Woolley was appointed co-executrix of her mother's Will.

Gives and devises to her nephew Richard Tompson and to her nieces Ann Tompson and Elizabeth Tompson, her freehold tenement in Wootton Bassett currently occupied by Mr. Francis Goddard, as tenants in common but not joint tenants.
All her shares and interest in a freehold tenement or estate in the parish of Claverton in co. Wilts she gives and bequeaths to her said nephew and nieces, share and share alike.
Appoints her sisters Ann Tompson and Elizabeth Cripps, widow, as co-executrices of her last will and testament.
