At the time of the 1911 England Census William F Billinness, age 34, born in Maidstone Kent, carpenter & joiner, and wife of 10 years Elizabeth, age 36, born in Yorkshire (mother of 2 children), were living at 30 Foley Street, Maidstone Kent.
