Gives, devises & bequeaths to his grandnephew George Gillmore alias Woolley the younger, son of his nephew George Gillmore alias Woolley senr., his freehold lands and tenements in the parish of Stratton in co. Wilts.

Gives & bequeaths £80 to Cornelius Gillmore alias Woolley, son of his said nephew George Gilmore alias Woolley, senr.

Gives & bequeaths £40 to his niece Elizabeth Canter wife of James Canter.

Gives & bequeaths £40 to his niece Mary Gillmore alias Woolley.

Gives & bequeaths £30 to his niece Anne Gillmore alias Woolley.

Gives & bequeaths £30 to his niece Jane Gillmore alias Woolley.

Gives & bequeaths £10 to his niece Elizabeth Gillmore alias Woolley.

Gives & bequeaths to his nephew George Gillmore alias Woolley the elder his freehold lands in Hayden in the parish of Rodbourne Cheney in co. Wilts., to pass to the said Cornelius Gillmore alias Woolley once he reaches the age of twenty-one years.

Appoints his nephew George Gillmore alias Woolley the Elder sole executor of his last will and testament.
