At the time of the 1911 England Census Jane Gorringe, age 34, born in Brighton Sussex (mother of 5 children, one deceased), and husband of 9 years William Gorringe, age 32, born in Waldron Sussex, corn miller, were living in Stream Mill Chiddingly Sussex.
