Jane Lewis was bequeathed half a guinea in the Will of her maternal grandfather Griffith Roberts of Rhiw gôch, Gent. (written 1725).

Jane Lewis, eldest daughter of Maurice Lewis, was named as a beneficiary in the Will of her aunt Mary Lewis of Rhiw, spinster (1745), receiving all her goods, household stuff and her horse.
